1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Linkezz you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Linkezz. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or impersonate another person. You must provide accurate information during registration. Your handle may only be changed once every 30 days.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post illegal content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post spam or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts; use the platform for any purpose other than connecting creatives.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant Linkezz a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Events
You may only have one active event posted at a time. Events must be legitimate and accurately described. Misleading or fraudulent event postings will result in immediate account termination.
7. Messaging
Direct messaging is only available between mutually following users. You may not use the messaging system to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.
9. Disclaimers
Linkup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
